DESCRIPTION

I made the program while creating Trout's Internet Clock, and now 
use it to optimize my web page GIFs and for clock face images.

Trout's GIF Optimizer creates smaller GIF files from existing GIFs.

It will also convert other graphics to GIFs.

To use it Open files (with the Open button or by dragging-and-dropping) then Save.
You can drag-and-drop multiple files to the GIF Optimizer.

You can also click the Select Folder button to recursively
search for graphics to optimize through subfolders.

The tabs allow you to preview optimized GIFs

NOTE:
Trout's GIF Optimizer checks before it overwrites files,
but it's a good idea to backup files that you optimize.

INSTALLING

Unzip to a new folder.

UNINSTALLING
------------
Just Delete the folder you installed to.
