Freeware License Agreement

A Square Image is Freeware. It may be used free of 
charge for personal use.

A Square Image may not be distributed as part of, or for 
use with, any commercial product without express written 
permission from TriVista Technologies, Inc. You are 
specifically prohibited from charging or requesting donations 
for any copies, however made, without prior written permission 
from TriVista Technologies, Inc.

A Square Image is protected by federal copyright law and 
international treaty. No title to intellectual property
is being transferred.

Except to the extent expressly licensed herein, all rights 
are reserved to Trivista Technologies, Inc. and its suppliers. 
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble 
A Square Image.

Limited Warranty and Limitation of remedies: All software is
licensed "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS" and is not supported.
NO WARRANTIES. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable 
law, TriVista Technologies, Inc. expressly disclaims any 
warranty for A Square Image. A Square Image and any related 
documentation is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any 
kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, 
the implied  warranties of merchantability or fitness for a 
particular purpose. The entire risk arising out of use or 
performance of A Square Image remains with you. To the maximum 
extent permitted by  applicable law, in no event shall TriVista 
Technologies, Inc. or its suppliers be liable for any damages 
whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of 
business profit, business interruption, loss of business 
information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the 
use or inability to use this TriVista Technologies,Inc. product, 
even if TriVista Technologies, Inc. has been advised of the 
possibility of such damages. Because some states/jurisdictions 
do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for 
consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may 
not apply to you.
